ExtraHands Houston is an on-demand, labor-only service for Houston homeowners. By using this website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for any service, you ("Client") agree to the following terms.

1. What We Offer

ExtraHands provides extra hands for tasks around the home, including but not limited to: moving and carrying items, moving help, junk removal, furniture assembly and disassembly, garden cleanup, mulching, garage cleanout, hand car wash, pressure washing, trash can washing, post-storm cleanup, and small tree trimming. We may say yes to other small jobs that match our skills.

2. Labor-Only Service

We provide labor only. We bring time, effort, and basic equipment. We are not a licensed contractor and we do not warranty materials. The Client is responsible for directing the work and confirming the task is appropriate for their property.

3. Estimates & On-Site Pricing

Any price discussed by text, email, or the website form is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed on-site, in person, before any work begins. The only exception is the published Small Tree Trimming starting price of $69 for a small Houston yard — even then, final pricing is confirmed on-site if the scope is larger. If the Client doesn't agree with the on-site price, no work is performed and no charge applies.

4. No Outcome Guarantee

Because we provide labor at the Client's direction, we don't guarantee specific results, code compliance, or any particular aesthetic outcome. The Client accepts the work as performed at the time it is completed.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service, immediately upon completion of the agreed work, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing in advance. We accept cash, Zelle, and other methods listed at the time of quote.

6. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations after we're already en route may be subject to a trip fee.

7. Scope Changes

If the Client adds work beyond the originally agreed scope, additional time is billed at the agreed rate, confirmed verbally on-site before continuing.

8. Out-of-Scope Work

We don't do large tree removal, hazardous tree work near power lines, licensed trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, roofing), or jobs that require permits. We're happy to refer you to someone who can.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
