Terms of Service

We provide general labor help: moving help, lifting and loading, cleanouts, yard work, cleaning and furniture assembly. We are labor only. We do not provide a truck, transport, hauling or disposal, and we are not a licensed moving company. If a vehicle or dumpster is needed, you arrange it.

We work Sat & Sun by booking, by appointment only. There is no same-day or emergency service. You reserve a slot in advance and we hold that slot for you.

Labor is $45 per helper, per hour, with a 4-hour minimum. Time past the estimate is billed in 30-minute blocks at the same rate and is always agreed with you on site before we continue. Jobs more than 15 miles outside Houston may add a $20 travel fee, shown on the estimate.

All payments are cash, due in full when the job is finished, on site, before we leave. We do not extend credit and we do not invoice on terms. An invoice we send is a receipt or a record of an unpaid balance — not permission to pay later.

If a balance is not paid at the end of the job, it is due immediately, no further work is scheduled, and any future booking requires the full amount up front. Repeat non-payment may be referred for collection.

Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours, or if nobody is on site within 30 minutes of the start time, a $40 reserved-slot fee applies to your next booking. If you cancel after we have arrived, the 4-hour minimum is due in cash.

You confirm you own the items or have permission to move them, that access (parking, elevator, keys) is available at the start time, and that the site is safe. Please tell us about heavy, fragile or hazardous items in advance.

We take care with your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, for items packed by you, for damage caused by unstable, overloaded or improperly assembled items, or for indirect losses. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of the job and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

An estimate is valid until the expiration date shown on it and is based on the scope you described. If the real job is materially different, we will re-quote before starting. Accepting an estimate online records your name, the date and time, and your device information as confirmation of the booking agreement.
